Active Irish Golf is now offering reservations on the brand new Swansea-to-Cork car ferry service will be launched on Monday March 1 by Fastnet Line. And we have an introductory four night golf break with four rounds of golf – including the ferry for £305 each in May, June and September.

It is an all-year-round service that will carry passengers, cars, commercial freight, camper vans and caravans, bikes and pets, sailing six nights a week, with extra departures during July and August

“Julia” has a capacity for 1,860 passengers and 440 cars. There are 300 cabins on board, extensive deck areas, cinema, casino and two bars. There are four restaurants catering for tastes including The Fastnet Restaurant which will offer a grill room style menu and a self-service style restaurant with children’s menu.

The ferry terminal in Swansea docks allows direct access to the M4 and is only 1.5km from Swansea City Centre. The UK motorway network links well with the M4 and M5

In Ireland, “Julia” docks at Ringaskiddy ferry terminal, just 16km outside Cork City, which is an ideal for tourists wanting to explore West Cork and all its glorious beaches and famous scenery.
